1. I am having downloading issues. What do I do?
Please download your file onto your desktop first rather than a specific folder. Then after the download is complete, move the files to your desired folder.
*This is a computer issue from the file name path being too long. When you save to your desktop, it keeps the file name path as short as possible.
2. Are refunds available on digital products?
Refunds are not available on digital products. However, please email us with any issues regarding the file so that we can resolve them as soon as possible.
After your payment is completely processed, you will immediately receive links to your files on the checkout page and via email.
3. What scale is the miniature book?
The miniature books are designed as 1/6 scale, also known as playscale, which looks appropriate for a fashion doll. However, for smaller scales, the size can be reduced during the printing process. Please see photo below for dimensions and a size comparison when printed at 75% vs. 100%.
4. Can I sell products that were made using the digital downloads?
All printables are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
You can purchase a commercial license to sell physical mini books at Commercial Licensing. There are 3 available tiers based on your selling needs.
A Note About File Sharing: Just like you buy a song from iTunes for your personal use, you are buying 1 copy each of a digital file for your personal use. You do not have permission to share the file, resell it, or give it to someone else in any form. 5. Will I receive a physical copy of anything purchased on this website?
Please remember that this website only offers digital downloads. You will not receive a physical/paper copy of the file, nor will you receive the finished item.
